Short answers before you choose a private WhatsApp export.
Will Threadkeep upload my conversation?
No. The keepsake page reads the export in this browser. The chat is not uploaded.
Can it recover messages missing from my export?
No. WhatsApp decides what the export contains. Threadkeep cannot restore messages that were left out.
Will photos appear next to the right messages?
Matched photos can appear beside their messages. If a photo is missing, the preview says so in one sentence. You can still download.
Is this a subscription?
No. There is no account and no subscription. This browser includes a limited number of free saves each day. You can preview every time.
Do you print a book?
No. The keepsake is a PDF, with an optional HTML archive. Threadkeep does not sell printed books.
Does research receive the chat?
No. Research is optional and separate. It does not receive the conversation.
What happens when today's free saves are used?
The preview stays. The download note explains the next step. Free saves are not a price list, and answering a research question does not change today's allowance.
