Preserve meaningful messages at your own pace

Some conversations matter because a relationship changed, a phone may be replaced or someone is no longer available to recreate those moments.

Start with a faithful source copy

Export the conversation using WhatsApp's own tools and keep the original ZIP or text file unchanged. Make another backup before reorganizing photos or renaming files.

If the conversation belongs to more than one person, consider their privacy before sharing, printing or giving the archive to someone else.

Choose what feels appropriate

A readable keepsake may include an entire history or only a date range. The planned editor would let the owner review representative pages locally without asking them to upload the conversation.
